Margaret ASHWORTH Obituary

ASHWORTH, Margaret Ruth. Our beautiful mum - passed away peacefully on 29 September 2017 at her home Dixon House, Greymouth aged 90. Dearly loved wife of the late Ken, adored mother and mother in-law of Peter and Angela, Neil and Marion, and Robyn and Thomas, much loved gran of Jairus and Angela, Jessica (deceased), Naomi and James, and Riona, loved great-grandma of Billy, loved sister and sister inlaw of Brian (deceased) and Nancy Cooper, and the late Oliver (Chappie) Cooper, and a friend of the wonderful team at Dixon House. Messages to the Ashworth family at 418 SH7, Kaiata, Greymouth 7805. A Funeral Service for Margaret will be held in the South Waikato Funeral Services Chapel, Commerce Street, Tokoroa on Friday at 1.30pm followed by burial at her final resting place in the Tokoroa Lawn Cemetery, Amisfield. Peter, Neil and Robyn - Aunty Margaret has been around for a long time, and because she has been part of your lives for so long, you will truly miss her. I will never forget the day I walked up the aisle holding onto your Mother's arm to say goodbye to Jessica. Aunty Margaret was a gentle woman. 'To Live in Hearts we Leave Behind, is not to Die'.
