I first met Malcolm about 1994 when he was doing building work and he helped us with a commercial building we owned in Cameron Road. Then he established Tweed Trading, a building recycling centre and I had many engagements with him over the years and he was always exceedingly helpful. We shared a common interest in that we were both from Palmerston North. He was a man of faith and he would often include his faith in his conversation. We only learned of his passing 6 months afterwards. Farewell Malcolm.

Dearest Esther, you are on my heart and in my prayers today. Your dad was a brave and courageous man, with a big heart and was not afraid to be the wonderful individual that His Lord Jesus designed him to be. We are unable to Join you today and know we will be missing out on something truly special. Kia Kaha.
And Gods richest blessings on your beautiful mother.

Many memories of Malcolm. He worked for many years with my Uncles - Mick and Dick Nelson - in Auckland, as a builder. And many good years at OBC, he was known to many of the children as Uncle Malcolm. Always ready with a joke, loved his Lord and had a great love for people. I also remember his lovely singing voice when he and Bernice would sing so beautifully at church. Much love to all the family.

Hi Esther. I went to school with you at Otumoetai College. My heartfelt condolences to you and the family on the passing of your dad. My Mum passed away in 2020 at the grand age of 95. May you hold the memories of your dad in your heart. I know the Lord would have been waiting for him with open arms.
