To the Scott Family - please accept my sincere condolences. I worked with Malcolm when he began his career in the copier/print industry at Minolta NZ in Mt Wellington. Malcolm was humble,
pragmatic, prepared to work hard from day one and I knew he would go on to achieve success in this extremely competitive industry.

I had great respect for Malcolm and am very sad to hear of his passing.

Malcolm has been a part of my world for as long a I remember. We went through primary school, and high school together, and shared many mutual friends.
My earliest memories are of him wrestling and scrapping with his older brother Andrew, and they remained close all his life. He was always larger than life, with a smile and banter at the ready. But while he was always quick with a joke, he was also quick with expressing sincere emotions and always honest and open with his feelings and friends.
I remember him teaching me how to make nachos while staying at our Bach, and was always keen for a fish or hunting. He had an appetite for life and adventure, and he loved nothing more than sharing his passions with his kids.
He adored his wife and children, and I know they will miss him keenly. I know there will be much rejoicing in Heaven where he is reunited with his loved parents, but leaves us behind in our grief.
Meggan, Hamish, Madi and Callum; you were so blessed to have him and I pray Gods blessings on you as you navigate life without him. Much love,
Sefton, Lisa, Lauren and Toby.

To the Scott family,
It broke my heart to hear of Malcs sickness and passing. A big man with a bigger heart, with ethics and integrity seldom seen in todays world. From the first time I met him, he was a straight shooter and a massively hard worker. The effort put in was always with his family first and providing for them. Malc was a great friend and even as we lost touch over more recent times I will remember the great times and laughs we would have together. We have lost a Kauri in the forest but I will carry warm memories of Malc with me always
