My life and Malcolm´s overlapped mainly in our younger years in Northland Wellington where we lived, as the crow flies, 200-300 metres apart. My direct route to Northland School took me close to Malcolm´s house so we walked to school together. From that time we became good friends. Although our lives when in different directions we remained close friends and I will miss him dearly.
We feel deeply for Catherine, Fraser and family and sent our heartfelt sympathy
