DICKERSON, Maggie. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maggie Dickerson, who passed away peacefully on 5 November 2025, surrounded by her loving children. Born in Taranaki in 1947, Maggie lived a full and generous life, devoted to her family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love were constants in the lives of those who knew her. Maggie will be deeply missed by her daughter Julia, her son Andrew, her son-in-law Phil, Andrews partner Jarka, her cherished grandchildren Maddison and Charlie and her surviving brothers Murray and Jim and their families. She will also be fondly remembered by her wider family, dear friends, and her much-loved Mahjong friends, who brought her such joy over the years. Maggie's devotion to her family and her positive spirit and compassion will remain in our hearts forever. The family would like to thank the Sands Aged Care for their loving care of Maggie over the past 5 years. The funeral will be held at Dil's Funeral Home on Thursday 13 November at 2:30pm.
