Mae NEUMAN Obituary

NEUMAN, Mae Victoria (nee Griffiths). Peacefully on 4 January 2023, with Marilyn and David at her side at Taranaki Base Hospital after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Clarry, cherished mother and mother- in-law of Marilyn and David Humphrey, sister of Ces (deceased), Alf (deceased), sister and sister-in-law of Terry and Barbara. Messages to 4/16 Findlay Street, New Plymouth, 4310. A farewell for Mae will be held at Vospers Chapel, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth on Monday 9 January 2023 at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Te Henui Cemetery.

Please accept our deepest sympathy in your sad loss. Mae was a remarkable woman - so kind - I can remember her and Clarry welcoming the police and their family to enjoy a day at their home and all the children enjoying their pool. Even after we shifted to the Gold Coast we still saw Mae and Clarry usually once a year when they brought groups over to enjoy the scenery - if there was space they would include us on some of their tours. Rest In Peace- I consider you a dear friend.
