RUSSELL, Lynton Clark. Passed away suddenly 31 March 2013 at North Shore Hospital. Beloved husband of Diane. Devoted father of Wilson, Shaun and Cameron. Father-in-law of Stephanie and Kylee. Much loved grandad of his grandchildren. Service will be held on Sunday 7 April at 11am at St Kentigern College Chapel, Pakuranga Highway, Auckland.

It was my privilege to be accountant for 20 years to Lyn, to Anchor Wire Limited, and to the Russell Family Trusts. Lyn was always a warm friend as well as an astute and capable businessman. I will miss him greatly.

I remember watching Lynton Russell play many games for Auckland at Eden Park and scoring many fine tries. Lyn Russell would not have been out of place in an All Black side. Vale, Lyn Russell.

To all the family, and friends, workers of Anchor Wire Ltd. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies at such a sad time.
Mr Russell was a very kind and caring boss to Denese for the last 18 years.
His sudden passing has come at a huge shock to the both of us.

RUSSELL, Lyn. Auckland Rugby Union extends our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the late Lyn Russell. Lyn played 93 games for Auckland in the 1950s, scoring nearly 200 points. Lyn was a well regarded Barbarian and will be greatly missed.
