My goodness, I am so shocked today 22nd Jan´ 25 to meet up with a work colleague from many years ago who´d shared this news.
I remember Lynda so well. I rejoined BA in 1985, I´m sure Lynda was one of the trainers -who taught me the professionalism, technical skills and the humour and compassion - along with patience, needed for the job. Lynda was the first person I returned to after my maternity leave. An amazing Kiwi woman, a credit to BA and the nicest person. How sad I am today to hear this news. My thoughts go to all of Lynda´s family and friends.

Such an inspirational work colleague and a true friend. Always focused on the task, but also focused on her team.
All of us who worked with her at Heathrow owe her so much.
I was so shocked to hear of her passing, my condolences to Bob and all the family.

I just found out this evening, 11th June, of the passing away of an amazing Heathrow colleague, Lynda, whom I got to know well from 2004. If there was ever an award for an unsung hero, Lynda would probably win it by a country mile! In the lead up to the launch of Terminal five in 2008, Lynda was the sea of calm with her grounded pragmatic approach to managing whatever was thrown her way during the rollercoaster period to T5 opening. Always with a friendly smile and listening ear, she was a stalwart of the leadership team and popular with everyone. Lynda’s legacy I’m sure will live on in the memories of all of us who knew her well. She was simply a wonderful person. My condolences to the family.

I had the great honour of working with Lynda at British Airways. She was a talented leader with a big heart, humour, ambition to improve the world for people and the business and great courage.
Humanity loses a great citizen. She will be missed.
May she rest in peace and condolences to her family and freinds.
