SMITH, Lydia May. (born 9 December 1918 - 92 years of age), died peacefully at home on Friday 18th November 2011. Loved wife of Harold (deceased), and loved mother of Wendy and John, Barbara and Bryan, Norman, Alan, Bob and Kerry, Peggy, Linda and Glynn. Loved grandmother of Robert, Graeme, Neville, Jenny, Brian, Sharon, Fiona, Michael, Terry, Alistair, Jeremy, Alida, Irene, Jeanette, Malcolm, Aaron, David, James, and Richard. Loved great grandmother of Kyle, Nina, Scott, Blair, Michelle, Jonathan, Zachary, Kyle, Jason, Logan, Dylan, Destiny, Bradley, Declan, Zachary, Lochlan, Mason, Aysha, Kaden, Jaeda, and Jackson. Loved sister of Grace, Bettie, and the late Dorothea, Charlie, Leslie, Harold, and Marjorie and their families. A service will be held at the Founders Chapel of Remembrance, Rickit Street, Taupo on Wednesday (November 23) at 1.30pm to be followed by private cremation.
