Louisa TAVAI Obituary

TAVAI, Louisa (nee Rani) 5 November 1934 - 8 January 2017. Mama Tavai passed away peacefully after a long illness surrounded by her loving family, aged 82. Mama Tavai was the 5th of 12 children to the late Vaevae Rani of Mangaia and Apii Louisa Samuel of Matavera Rarotonga. The beloved wife of Mata Engu Tavai. Devoted Mother to Joseph, Jeffrey, Patrick, Lorna, Samuel and Anthony. Mama Tavai will be so greatly missed by her 14 grandchildren and 5 great grand children. A proud member of the Otara SDA Church, she held firm to her faith in Jesus. Her Family Service will be held at the Otara Seventh-day Adventist Church, 86 Bairds Road Otara on Sunday 15th January at 6.00pm. Her Funeral Service will be held the following day at the same venue at 1-00pm. Mama Tavai will be buried at the Manukau Memorial Gardens where she will await the return of her saviour.
