RIP Dr Drake thank you for keeping us healthy & for your fantastic records that were posted back to me I guess when computerisation occurred, it´s a really amazing document in your handwriting from 1970 through to the 2000´s.
It was fantastic as a kid to often be sitting next to Precious McKenzie or John Walker, & to see the photos of the Olympic sportspeople with whom you worked with.
Much respect & condolences to your family.

DRAKE, Dr Lloyd Allister. We are truly saddened to hear of the passing of our esteemed and respected Life Member, Dr Lloyd Allister Drake M.D, Chb, O.B.E., who passed away 5th September 2016, aged 88 years. Lloyd was our Honorary Doctor from the early 70s to the 1990's. Lloyd was our Premier Team doctor, who also looked after our other teams, who contributed greatly to our successes during that period. He was also personal physician to many of our members and their families. He will be greatly missed by Ponsonby Rugby Club
