Dear Lynne - maybe this guest book is now shut but just in case it's not this is Garry and Linda Currin in North Wales, UK sending our love and sympathy to you as we have just read of Lyndsay passing away.

Lynne and family, I was surprised and dismayed to learn yesterday that Lindsay had passed away. You may not remember but I was his rowing coach back in 1968/70 and I remember Lindsay clearly. He was a lighthearted soul who was often up to mischief but he changed his life later and I am sure he was a great husband and father in later years. He had so much to give I am sure he now rests in peace. Unfortunately I will not be here for his memorial service in August as we will be in Australia at that time. Bless you all. Tony Popplewell.

My sympathies to Lynne and family on the death of Lindsay. I never met Lindsay but his name came up many times talking to my brother Richard.

Our sincere condolences to Lynne and Family. I am Lindsay's 2nd cousin and we met and communicated on matters of family history over many years. A very nice man who had great energy and talent.

Our deepest sympathy to you all. We both went to school with Lindsay and had great respect for him. Dorothy loved going into the Stationary in Penrose Rd Friday nights to buy a Famous Five book and see Armishaw family. Praise the Lord.

Lindsay such a lovely man and wonderful skill of connecting people with others with similar passions. Lindsay will be never be forgotten.
