Leslie GALE Obituary

GALE, Leslie Kennington. Passed away peacefully on the 12 August 2025, aged 92 after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Yvonne, loving brother and brother-in-law to Rosemary and Warwick, father and father-in-law to Chris and Robyn, Karen and Jon, Murray and Kelly, and Kristin. Loved Poppa to Alexis, Shanae, Michael, Joshua and Judy, Bostin and Jesika, Anna, Nick, Sara Rose and family. Our hearts are grieving but we praise God that his suffering is over, and we know we will always have our cherished memories. In memory of Les a service will be held on Friday, 15 August at 1pm at Eastview Baptist Church, 559 Chapel Road, Botany.

Condolences Yvonne, Chris, Karen, Murray and Kristen, and wider family. I fondly remember Les and family as a far back as to when we lived next door to each other in Jane Cowie Ave, Otahuhu. Les and family have been a part of mum and dad´s life and will be sadly missed. Hugs and love to you all

GALE, Leslie Kennington. Passed away peacefully 12 August 2025. Dearly loved brother-in-law of Pam and the late Graham. Loved and admired uncle of Brett, Todd, Glenn and families. Will always be remembered for his cheerful demeanor and trademark whistle. Will be sadly missed by all.
