Lesley LETICA Obituary

LETICA, Lesley Tui (nee Wilson). Passed away peacefully, aged 85, on 21 October 2024 at Te Mana Hospital, North Shore. Loved mum of Kevin, Pam, Shirley and Brian; proud and caring Nana to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mum we love and will miss you always. As per Lesley's wishes a private family farewell has been held. A special heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Te Mana Hospital. A wonderful woman, who was 'there' for me on my wedding day, even though my mother wasn't. I should have wondered what happened to you, but sadly I didn't. Thank you Tui, you were a stalwart at the Castlecliff Surgery & community & today I thought of you as I oiled my pot plants as I saw you do all those years ago when you married my stepfather. How strange I should have opened this obituary today after seeing the wedding photo of you & him. God works in mysterious ways & no sparrow falls to the ground that He does not observe & love.
