Leonard CARRIGAN Obituary

CARRIGAN, Leonard. 30 September 1927 to 16 May 2023, died suddenly at The Little Sisters of the Poor Herne Bay. Much loved father of far flung brood and greatly loved G-pa, and recent GG-pa to Wesley. Dad ticked his last box and his body has been donated to the med school. The family wishes to thank the nuns and all of their staff and residents at the LSP for the wonderful care they gave our Dad over many years. Paradise bound via Nova Scotia. Small service at the Little Sisters, 9 Tweed Street, Herne Bay 10.30am Friday 26 May. Please self test (negative) prior and wear a mask. No flowers - a little donation to the LSP in lieu is welcomed.

Len was the kindest person I have ever met and he put that kindness into action in being such a great friend to my mother Monica Hollins while she was at LSP. A true Christian in every way. God Bless you Len and may his perpetual light shine upon you.

Sincere condolences to Len's family. I knew and liked him well and was a friend between 1968 and 1973. We had many great discussions. Miss him.
