Leon DUCKER Obituary

DUCKER, Leon Elwyn. Passed away peacefully on 7 January 2026, aged 90, after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Alice, cherished father of Maxine and Arlene. Brother to his departed siblings Esther, Laurita and Rodney, and half- brother of Allan and Evelyn. A service to celebrate Leon's life will be held at Manukau Memorial Gardens chapel On Thursday 15th January at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Totara Hospice would be appreciated. .

My parents Mavis and Vic Alexander looked after Leon as a young boy after his mother passed away. He lived with them in Opotiki for quite a number of years until his father married again. He was part of the family. We have a few photos of him as a young boy.
