Nana, finally at rest with Grandad. Sorry we won't be there to say goodbye, but the safest place for us right now is fighting Cancer with Mia. Thank you for the phone call the other day, its rough nothing anyone can do, but we will win and your call was much appreciated. Thank you for all the fun times, a trip to Kings cross in Sydney was a highlight with my 2 grandma's, the cooking tips and many family gatherings growing up, my kids were pretty fortunate to grow up with great grandparents, not many get that privilege. Rest in peace Nana, say Hi to Dad, i miss him so much. Nana Olga will be ready for a round of cards. Renee, Rowdy, Matt, Mia and Morgan

What an outstanding woman (aunt) Lenis was (not my aunt but surrogate god mother)I always admired her stature and demeanor and how her hair was always perfect!!! RIP with uncle Kevin xx

The Te Awamutu Bridge Club offers their sincere condolences on the passing of Lenis.
Lenis was part of the Bridge Family for nearly 50 years, she was a special lady and a wonderful bridge player who loved to play strong No Trumps and strong 2's. Thanks for the memories Lenis.

I came to Te Awamutu as an 18 year old, and from those early days Lenis and I shared a friendship that lasted an incredible 70 years . Through the decades we laughed and created countless memories that I will always treasure. It's hard to say goodbye to such a dear friend, but I take comfort in knowing you are at peace now.
