Lenis O'CONNOR Obituary

The Te Awamutu Bridge Club offers their sincere condolences on the passing of Lenis.
Lenis was part of the Bridge Family for nearly 50 years, she was a special lady and a wonderful bridge player who loved to play strong No Trumps and strong 2's. Thanks for the memories Lenis.

I came to Te Awamutu as an 18 year old, and from those early days Lenis and I shared a friendship that lasted an incredible 70 years . Through the decades we laughed and created countless memories that I will always treasure. It's hard to say goodbye to such a dear friend, but I take comfort in knowing you are at peace now. My dearest BFF Bo, so sorry to hear the passing of your Mum. I will always cherish my childhood visits to the farm and the kind hospitality your mum always gave me, those were special times.
