JOHNSON, Lenard Plummer Graham Died on Tuesday December 17, 2013. Loved husband of Pauline. Father and father-in-law of Kathryn and John (deceased), Trish and Sarah, Louise and Randal, Peter and Robyn. Loved grandfather of 7 grandchildren. A service will be held in the Chapel of Morris and Morris Funerals (entrance 17 Western Hills Drive), Whau Valley, Whangarei at 1.30pm on Saturday December 21, 2013 followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Len, donations sent to North Haven Hospice, P.O. Box 7050, Tikipunga, Whangarei would be appreciated. All communications to the Johnson Family, c/- P.O. JOHNSON, Lenard Plummer Graham. Peacefully at home on 17 December 2013 aged 86 years. Dearly loved and loving husband to Pauline for 58 years. Adored father and father-in-law to Kate and the late John, Trish and Sarah, Louise and Randal, Peter and Robyn, and friend to Colin. Wonderful and loving father to the late Graeme and grandfather to the late Jane and the late Jack, and to Oli and Paddy, Jack and Phillipa, Abbey, India and Eleanor. Loved brother of Faye Green and the late Pat Crarer. The final whistle has blown. The Johnson family wishes to thank Whangarei Hospice and their wonderful caring nurses for their kind and gentle help with Len during the past few weeks. Len's funeral is to be held at Morris and Morris Funerals, 199 Kamo Road, Whangarei at 1.30pm on Saturday the 21st December. In lieu of flowers it would be greatly appreciated to have donations made to Northhaven Hospice, PO Box 7050, Tikipunga Whangarei. All communications to unit 87, The Palms, 45 Reed St, Tikipunga, Whangarei.

JOHNSON, Lenard Plummer Graham. 12 January 1927 - 17 December 2013. On the 17th of December, Dad/Granddad slipped away from us and now rests peacefully. We will miss you. From your loving Son Peter, Daughter-in-law Robyn and Grandchildren, Abbey, India and Eleanor. I am a ship who has slipped beyond the horizon just out of sight, but not out of mind or heart. For my sails have now become wings and now I can soar.
