LE PREVOST, Lena Te Aroha. It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of Lena Te Aroha Le Prevost (nee Maioha) on the 8 June 2014, at North Shore Hospital with family. Dearly beloved wife of David, mother of Paul, Cherie and Sonia, Grandmother to Kahn and Shannon, Lane and Anton, Great-grandmother to Amaia-Rose, Kahn-Johnston and Noah. A service will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Thursday 12 June at 3.00pm followed by private cremation.

My heart is hurting. Aunty Lena leaned over to me at my Nanas funeral and told me I was the apple of her eye. It meant the world to me. My Nana is Makere. Thank you Aunty Lena for reminding me of how important I was to someone. I'm sorry I didn't spend more time with you
