de BRES, Lena Klazina (Leni). Peacefully at Elderslea, Upper Hutt, on Saturday 17 September, 2011; aged 94 years. Loved wife of the late Rev Pieter de Bres. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Bartha and Graham Hill (Dunedin), Kartini and David Davis (Upper Hutt), Lyn and John Potter (Auckland), Guido (dec) and Anne de Bres (Palmerston North), Joris and Angela de Bres (Wellington), Margreet and Neil Simpson (Outram), Hanna and Alan Mason (Hawarden), and John and Janet de Bres (Sydney). Loved Oma of 21 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to Christian World Service may be left at the service or posted to PO Box 22-652, Christchurch, 8140 or www.cws.org.nz. A service to celebrate Leni's life will be held in St Margaret's Presbyterian Church, Dunns Road, Silverstream, Upper Hutt on Tuesday September 27, 2011 at 2:00pm followed by private cremation at Akatarawa. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Bartha and Graham Hill, grandmother of Andrew and Lori Hill (Auckland), Philip and Marian Hill (Dunedin), Douglas and Jennifer Hill (Dunedin), and special Oma Leni of Joshua, Caleb, Jessica, Taylor, Nathan, Rebekah, Danielle, Emily, Thomas, Grace and Jacob.
