Lawrence YOUNG Obituary

Young, Lawrence James (Laurie). Young, Lawrence James (Laurie), passed away peacefully on 7 December 2025 aged 86 years. He and late wife Gaynor lived in Tauranga for past 8 years, but many happy prior years in Whangarei, Rotorua, Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. Much loved father to Stephanie, Warren and Tanya, Vivien and Mike, and beloved Grandad to Alex, Bradley, Jack, Max, Lucille, Chester, Emily and Jemima. His was a life well lived; full of positivity, fun, and energy. The family will host a celebration of his life at Zenders at 44 Hopkins Road, Newstead, Hamilton on Friday 12 December at 11am.
