MARIU, Lawrence Raureti. On November 10 2013, after a long illness at Liston Heights Rest Home, Taupo. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Te Waru O Noema (Emma), much loved Dad of Laurie, Dennis, Anthony, Mathew (deceased), Ronnie, Barry, Jennette, Anne, Tracey, and Debbie. Loved by all his mokopuna, great mokopuna, and whanau. Lawrence is lying at Kauriki Marae, Ngapuke after 3.00pm today where his funeral service will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11.00am. I am sorry to hear of Lawrences's passing, I was at school with Jeanette and knew Barry and Ronnie, thought they were great, especially their music and their band playing, will always remember those days with their family in Paremoremo.

Sorry to read of the sad news of Lawrence's passing. I am Reuben's step daughter (Gina), married to Rita Floyd's adopted son, Raymond (birth mother Agnes Floyd). Both Lawrence and Emma were at our wedding in 1969 in Taumarunui.
Our thoughts are with you all at this very sad time.
