Larissa GARNETT Obituary

GARNETT, Larissa Joy(nee McKenzie). Of Wellington, born 14 February 1974, beloved wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, auntie and friend to many worldwide. Lost her long, hard-fought battle with cancer on Friday 19 September 2014. She passed away peacefully. She will be much missed by all. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the amazing Mary Potter Hospice. For all who would like to say their goodbyes, her funeral service will be held 2pm, on Tuesday 23 September 2014, at Lychgate Funerals, Cnr Willis & Aro Streets, (parking off Aro St) Wellington. Such a very special lady.......Larissa always put others before herself, always trivialised her personal battles and fought for others in their dark times. I will always remember her cheerfulness, her gutsiness, her enthusiasm for life and her sheer courage. God rest her soul and comfort her lovely family.

GARNETT, Larissa Joy. Loving, caring, beautiful wife of Neal Garnett, mum to Molly (the Dog) and "step-mum" (in law) to Louise and Dougal Townsend passed way peacefully on Friday 19 September 2014. Her courageous fight against cancer and support of others also fighting this battle, will always be remembered and she will always be loved.
