L. Taylor Obituary

L. Elaine Morgan Taylor, 76, of Lemont Furnace, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2006, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born on Nov. 25, 1929, in Uniontown, daughter of the late James William and Lauretta Hall Morgan. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Connellsville Wesley United Methodist Church and member of the Order of the White Shrine. She was predeceased by two sons, Robert Vincent Taylor Jr. and William Camden Taylor; and two grandchildren, Spencer Douglas and Conner Douglas Taylor. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert Vincent Taylor Sr.; three sons, James Morgan Taylor, of Lemont Furnace; David Allen Taylor and his wife, Kim, of Annapolis, Md. and Brian Douglas Taylor and his wife, Lisa, of Ashburn, Va.; three grandchildren, Noah William Taylor, Dawson Carmi Taylor; and Ellison Marie Taylor. Friends will be received in the BARNETT-SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday, where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Craig Forsythe officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
