A wonderful young man and a pleasure to have known him in 9th grade English. It is no surprise that he became a wonderful, loving father and husband. He will be missed.

The world lost a bright light when Kevin left. I was Kevin's 6th grade teacher, and while teachers aren't supposed to have favorites, Kevin rose to the top of my list. His fun personality, great sense of humor, and positive outlook made him a delight to teach. He was a gifted writer, a talented student, a kind and caring classmate, and just a wonderful young man. My heart hurts knowing how much his loss will mean to the family. I'm sure he was an amazing dad and husband and I know he was a great son and brother. Prayers for all of you. I am so sorry for your loss. May your memories of him, and God's comfort, sustain you through the hard times.

I just heard about Kevin's death. I knew him when I taught Jason and Scott piano lessons. He would frequently tag along and his vivid playful personality was always a welcome addition to the day. I am so profoundly saddened to hear of the immense loss to your family. Special condolences to Bev and Larry who I understand are still in New Zealand; my heart aches for you both. I am finding comfort in knowing we share faith in a saving Christ who provides eternal life.
