BLOXHAM, Kevin Paul. Peacefully at Manly Hospital, 15th July. Dearly loved eldest son of Mary and the late Tom. Loved brother and brotherinlaw of Kay and Paul, Stephen and Karen, Peter, Moira, Gerard, Linda and David. Loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. Rest in peace. Private family service to follow.
