So saddened to hear about Kevin. We knew him and his parents and family in Orewa in the late fifties. Last saw him at a footy reunion in Auckland. A lovely guy.

Dear Justine & Family, it was with deep sorrow that we heard of Kevin's. passing. From Ardmore days I always considered Kevin to be a Big man. Big in those qualities that most New Zealand men aspire to but few achieve. Sport, teaching, social graces, utter dedication to family and friends, and firm in faith. To Justine, Michael, Liam and the rest of the family please allow me to pass on my sincere condolences on your loss and extend them on behalf of Betty and the late Mick, who i know would will be looking down with sadness,and family. I was only young but i remember enough, and have heard the stories enough to say he was a true gentleman with a quick wit who was kind hearted to everyone and will be remembered with great fondness always.

So sorry to hear of your dad's passing Tim. It was a pleasure to meet him at share a drink with him at your place a couple of weeks ago - he seemed like a great man.

My sincere condolences to the extended Barry family. Kevin was a hugely inspirational figure in my Rugby education at Rosmini. A consumate professional and gentleman. Kevin represented the best in a Rugby Man and Coach.
