KUBIAK, Kenneth John Norman. Died peacefully in the early hours of September 11, 2016 aged 51 years. Beloved son of Lesley and John; admired big brother of Carmen, Chris and Laurie; cherished uncle to Toby, Murphy, Ariana, Griff, Frances, Benjamin and Jonathan; and the truest of friends to too many people to name. Rest in peace, Ken. We'll miss you. Kenneth's funeral will be held at the All Souls Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Wednesday 14 September at 2.30pm.
