HAWKESWOOD, Kenneth Noel (Ken). Unexpectedly at Matarangi, on 10th May, 2024. Dearly loved partner of Jenny. Much loved Dad of Deby and Doug Bloxham, Andrew and Kelly, and the late Rochelle. Cherished Granddad of Jed, Jasmine, Sam, Maddie, Jack, Ella, Mary-Anne, Ruby and Grandang of Fyn, Lachie, and Zach. Loved brother of Terry, Roslyn and Jacko. A celebration of Ken's life will be held in the Grahamstown Chapel, 102 Kirkwood Street, Thames, on Thursday 16th May, at 1pm, followed by private cremation. Messages to: [email protected]. nz

Thinking of you Ken and the fun we had on our South Island adventure 1960.
You took me under your wing and was for me, like a big brother, as I was just sixteen and keen to leave home.
Thank you Ken.

Dear Hawkeswood family,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Ken. He was a lovely man and wonderful friend to our family. We will always remember Ken with respect and love and he will be missed by all of us.
