Keith NELSON Obituary

NELSON, Keith Alister. Passed away after a short illness surrounded by family on August 21st 2025. A wonderful husband of the late Aldyth and much loved partner of Trish. Precious dad of the late Toni, Vikki and Deanna. Beloved grandad (ging ging) to Holly, Alexandra, Nelson, Tane, Gabriella, Liam and Frankie. He will be missed dearly. The service with be held at Eden Park, South Stand at 4pm on Friday 29th August.

So very sad too hear this today...I worked for Keith at Glen Eden for quite a few years and so did my late mum Runa Halfpenny, also babysat the girls when young but not seen for a while unfortunately. Condolences too the girls and their families and too Trish...
Keith was a genuine, lovely guy...RIP

Keith was my friend and mentor in the cunning arts of the lineout, back in Ponsonby and All Black rugby days. I learnt more from him than anybody else. I fondly remember a great catchup with him in Wanaka a few years ago. Condolences to all his family . Peter Whiting
