Deepest sympathy to your whanau Kay. You were an amazing woman, one of a kind. You worked tirelessly to ensure the Netball Manurewa redevelopment happened. Thanks to you I have learnt to be persistent and resilient, to have terrible sleeping patterns lol and to always think big! You are the reason Netball Manurewa was transformed, without you we never could have achieved what we did, we appreciate all that you have done. The meetings with Council and funders taught me so much, and whenever you called I made sure I answered. I´m sad to hear you have passed, but your legacy will live on.

Although I can´t make your tribute on Saturday, I will be thinking of you and your whanau. Your daughters were your life, I felt like I knew them personally from all the stories you shared with me.

Go and be great now in the kingdom of heaven.

To John and family, my condolences.You live e up the road from me and I have known Kay since our children were at Windy Ridge School.Our paths crossed at Netball, Community Board and just walking the streets.Kay you were a force to be reckoned with, your passion and drive for our community was second to none.RIP my friend and fellow stirrer.xx

So sorry to hear of Kay's passing. Kay made a significant contribution to the community through her work with netball and local government. She worked tirelessly to achieve funding and succeeded beyond expectations. Thank you RIP Kay - your work is done, acknowledged and appreciated.
