IOSEFA, Kay Maria. Born 24th of February 1957 and passed on the 9th of August 2021. Daughter to the late Haami and Hilda Thomas. Wife to the late Logotasi Iosefa Eldest sister to Kitty, Wayne, Ian, Astrid and Floyd. Mum to Ionatana, Kula, Haami and Ngawini Iosefa. Grandmother to Thea Hilda Gates. Loved by her many nephews, nieces and cousins. Passed away in Dargaville surrounded by her children and whanau. Mum had an incredibly rare energy, zest for life and a love for song. Mum, words are not enough to describe what you mean to us, and there aren't any words that can fathom how much we thank you for being ours. She is lying in state at Waitaruke Marae and the burial will take place at Mamere Urupa on Thursday with the time to be confirmed.
