We are saddened to learn of the passing of June (affectionately known as Aunty June) We have had wonderful moments and memories of June and her late husband Ben. Long life friends of the late Ron & Fay Bennett.

Aunty June was one of Ruawai´s finest ladies, and has been a dear family friend for many years. We grew up as children visiting the family farm in Rehia, with aunty June caring for us and coping with city kids, as we gained the courage to venture out and learn about life on a working farm.
The two went together, uncle Ben & aunty June.
As I reflect on the family left behind, I understand the relief of June no longer suffering, and the intense pain of loosing a very loved mother.
You were her life, she nurtured and adored you all.
As the days pass and this settles on you, remember her life of 96 years is a celebration for all those who knew and loved her.
A wonderful life well lived.

Sending our loves to the family at this time, I've had the pleasure of knowing Nana Junie for just over 15 years, always up for a good giggle, she wil be sorely missed.
