Kathleen MCGIVERN Obituary

MCGIVERN, Kathleen Bernadette (Kate) (née Hickey). Passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday morning, 5 April 2026, aged 94. Dearly loved by her extended family: wife of the late Thomas; mother of Nicholas and Mandi, Clare and Chris, Matthew and Maggie, Maria, and Daniel; grandmother of Ellie, Catherine, Joseph, Emma, and Georgia; and great-grandmother of Aurora. Sister of Eileen, Gerald, Patrick, and Mercia (all deceased). Loved aunt of many nieces and nephews. The Rosary will be prayed at the Chapel of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, 56 Selwyn Avenue, Mission Bay, at 6.30 pm on Monday 13th April. Kate's life will be celebrated with a Requiem Mass at 11.00 am on Tuesday 14th April at the same chapel.
