Kathleen Bourke Obituary

BOURKE, Kathleen Maria (Kathy). Tragically taken on 19 October 2010 surrounded by her children Nathan, Leliani, Cameron and Baby Lylic. Daughter of Georgina Pompey and Desmond Bourke (late). Sister of Lorraine, Martin, Colin and Alison. Grandaughter/Mokopuna of the late Jack and Dorothy Bourke and Wiremu Tu Morehu Pompey and Lily Takoto Rau Pompey. Kathy will be at Hukanui Marae, Gordonton Rd, Hamilton from Wednesday 3rd November where the service will be held, Thursday 4th November at 10.30am, burial at Taupiri Maunga will follow. Communication to the Bourke Family c/o 559 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui or 021-189-3399. Just like Rua Kenena - you left your mark on this world

It's been six years now Kathy since your passing.

Not a day goes by that you are not in mine and the kids thoughts, and words cannot describe how much we miss you.

You would be so proud of the way our children Cameron and Leilani have grown up to be.
They are so amazing Kathy, and they are just as you and I always wanted them to be.

I can see so much of you in them Kathy, they love and miss you unbelievably, and they cherish the times they spent with you, there Mum.

They have never forgotten the family we once were, I will make sure they never do.
