Katharina HOOD Obituary

HOOD, Katharina Rose (Kay) Ascended to heaven on the evening of the 16th of December 2015. Kay was the matriarch of her family and she was the beacon that kept everyone coming home. In her passing Kay leaves behind her three children Susan, Steven, and Paul. Maurice and her 9 grandchildren Lisa, Shane, Katherine, Amanda. Rebecca, Daniel, Andrew, Michael, and Sarah. 4 great grandchildren Hunter, Ryan, Cullen, and Bentley who were all the apple of her eye. Her flame may have been extinguished but the warmth of her glow still lingers. A service to celebrate Kay will be held at Fountains Memorial Chapel, corner of Elliot and Wood Streets, Papakura on Tuesday 22nd of December at 11:00am.
