Dear Rob, Shane and Lauren, It was so very sad to hear of Karen's untimely death.
We send our love and thoughts.
We recall Karen as quiet with a mischievous streak, gentle smile, calm and unflappable and strongly independent. She was always very caring, supportive and loyal to friends and of course was very proud of her children. After her children (and probably Rob) her miniature horses were her passion.

Hi Rob, Shane & Lauren, shocked & so sad for you all to hear of Karen´s passing. The way she lived her life was an inspiration, enjoying her many walks / treks she did with friends & you Lauren. Her love & commitment to each of you & her extended family. A proud mother of you both. My daughters Shiloh & Carey have happy memories when they were young visiting your home & Karen giving them rides on the miniature ponies & swimming in the pool. Karen´s love & your precious shared family memories together will always be with you as her love lives on in your hearts & lives. With love, Kathy Thomas (Karen´s half sister)
