Karen JONES Obituary

JONES, Karen Adela Elsie (nee Knight). Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 7th April 2013 at Auckland City Hospital. Loving wife, and best friend of Dennis for the past 50 years. Adored mother of Richard and Nicola. Mother-in-law of Sally and Michal. Loving "Karey" to Jack, Oscar, and Mikaela. A service for Karen will be be held at the Romaleigh Funeral Home Chapel, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote on Thursday 11th April at 2 pm followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the Starship Foundation, PO Box 9389, Newmarket, Auckland 1149.

Dear Dennis Richard and Nicola,
I had herd that Karen was not well but sorry I missed her funeral.I always rememember her firstly as a customer of mine in my fruitshop and as a supporter for both Richard and Nicola on the sportsfield sideline.Always caring and pleasant to talk to .Im very sorry for your loss.

Dear Nicola,
It was with great sadness we read of your Mum's passing this week. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your Dad, Richard and all the family. We fondly remember the times sitting with your Mum & Dad either watching you and Kylie playing tennis, or Chris and Richard with their cricket. I know your Mum will be greatly missed by you all.
