I have some wonderful memories of chatting with Karen over the last year or so. She was such a fun lady with a huge amount of courage. Sophie and Nadia you are so young but your mum was so very proud of you and loved you so much. She was always so excited to share her latest photos and I remember how hard she worked on her drawings for you. It was a privilege to know her. Lots of Love, Natalie

Karen, so sad to lose you... It was much too soon for your family and friends. I remember such fun times on holiday when your amazing nature and sense of humour shone through. I'm so pleased that we got to see you Aaron and the girls in the North Shore last year after too much time apart. Rest in peace. Love Kerry, Lili, Kyra and Dylan.

Karen you put up a strong fight....you did everything. I am not sure how you kept your smile and determination. You are one of the strongest woman I knew. I will be forever grateful to have met such an amazing lady. You have been on my mind and I am sorry I did not get to say my final goodbye. My heart is very sad right now for the loss you and your family will feel. Life was to short for you.
May you Rest In Peace. I promise to look after your girls and remind them of their amazing mum. Lots of love Karen.
