CROCKETT, Justin William Born 23-02-1975. Passed away on 30-05-2014. Surrounded by his family at home on Friday morning. Best friend and truely loved husband of Jane. Adored Daddy of Chase and Koen. Much loved son of Ron, Judy and the late Brenda. And special brother to Latonia, Richard, Mark and Paul. Service at Mt Eden War Memorial hall on Tuesday 3rd June at 1.30pm.

CROCKETT, Justin Born 23-02-1975. Passed away on 30-05-2014 after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Jane and loving father of Chase (5 years) and Koen (1year). You fought to the end to be with your family as long as possible Justin. Our prayers and thoughts are with Justin's immediate family and his brave and loving wife Jane, our daughter, sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Rest in peace Justin.
