Hi Sam, I felt really sad when I saw that You and your family had lost June. I know we had more or less lost contact over the years but the memories of our time on the Lions N Z Youth Committee will never fade. I remember June as having a quirky sense of humour and good company. She was everything you need for support when you are as active in Lions as you were. I watched the funeral service and learned a lot of things which I hadn´t known. You never told me that you met in England and she " dragged" you to New Zealand. You must have been so very proud listening to the tributes and by the way they were presented. I hope that you are keeping well enjoying your family who sound to be a source of inspiration . I would like to chat on the phone sometime so I´ll look up your number because it was mentioned that you still had a well used land line. In the meantime take care, my friend and thanks again for the power of work which you and June did for those Lions Youth Programmes. Simply outstanding.
