Thank you all for setting up this system to allow us to send a message of condolence to you. Thanks Jenny for your phone call to me, Barb Cuthbert, for my mother Betty.
Betty is very sad to hear the news of June's death - they were such good friends for so long, at a time when both couples enjoyed each others' company, having mad bridge parties and lots of fun. I remember June as a kind and caring person.
Mu mother is 92 and not very mobile now. I'm not sure if she is up to attending the funeral, but sends her very warm regards and affection to you all.

So many beautiful memories at your home, playing canasta whilst our parents celebrated life together. Your mum was certainly one of the great influences in my life. My sympathy is with you all and I hope your time together honouring your wonderful mum is filled with peace, laughter and love. Family is such an amazing gift and sometimes because of its simplicity we let it slide so these times when we are together are balms to the soul. June was always a lady and very very kind to all of us as children. As I said before a billion memories of childhood centred around your home with your mum always there expecting the best of us all xx
