Judith NESBIT Obituary

NESBIT, Judith Ann (nee Kelly). Passed away suddenly on 22nd February 2023 at the age of 84 years in Whangarei. Wife of the late Leon. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Colleen and Andy, Michelle and Dan, Mike and Suz. Adored nana of Tim and Niesje, Lianne and Andrew, Craig and Ashleigh; Bodhi and Yuko, Zhan and Connor. Special great nana to Paige, Mikaela, Sophie, Tyler, Ace, and Ren. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Shirley (deceased), Brian (deceased), Ian and Di, Sharyn and the late Don, Joy and the late Mike, Mike and Deb. Loved aunty to many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. "Farewell to the matriarch of our family. You had such a strong personality and were very generous to everyone around you. You will be greatly missed." A private service has been held for Judith in accordance with her wishes. All communications to "Judith Nesbit's Family" c/- PO Box 8043, Kensington, Whangarei, 0145.

I have many fond memories of Judy from my days at James Pascoe in the early 90's. She was a good friend and workmate to many. Judy had a wicked sense of humour and an infectious chuckle.
Very little got past Judy, her attention to detail was second to none. She was great to work with and always supportive.
Who can forget those HO staff parties at Coronation Rd. She loved a gathering and made us all feel like family.
I was glad that we connected via Facebook and kept in touch over the years.
Faye, Nicola and I would get together and give Judy a call from time to time - remembering fun times and office antic's back in the day, we always had a good chuckle.
Judy, you will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
