I have known Judith all my life and well remember staying with her and Janet at their Karekare bach. Even before my time I saw her appear in a movie taken at our parent's wedding back in 1953.

It was always a pleasure to visit her, when she would prepare elaborate afternoon teas. Conversations would vary from to her travels by cargo boat and the difference between a harpsichord and a virginal.

I was very glad to see her earlier this year when Libby came over from Ireland. A photo of the two, from an earlier visit, is below.

Richard Goodall resident in Japan but still loving NZ and my two Goodall cousins one of whom was Judith. (And the other is Anne Parker nee Goodall)I prayed for you every day since about 5 years ago so the blow of losing you is lessened. I distinctly and happily remember visiting you in the Anglican Home Selwyn Village Point Chevalier a few years ago. One happy memory of that time is knowing that you did the Herald crossword every day.
