GENTLES, Judith Margaret (nee Monteith). Passed away peacefully at home in Rotorua, surrounded by family on 29 December 2025, aged 99 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Wallace Gentles. Much loved mother, mother-in-law of Susan and Phillip, Virginia, Michael and Penny. Cherished Nan to Simon, Emily, Samuel, William, George and Felicity. Beloved Great Nan to Oscar, Charles, Louis, Freyja, Oliver, Jacob and Benjamin, Goldie and Gia . A loving wife and mother who nurtured her family and made a joyous loving home. An extraordinary creative, independent woman, a passionate gardener, avid reader and bridge player. A private cremation has been held. In lieu of flowers please donate to Rotorua Hospice.
