Judith FINN Obituary

FINN, Judith Eirene (nee Young) QSM. 4 April 1935 - 31 January 2026 Passed away peacefully surrounded by family, aged 90. Beloved wife of Frank. Loved Mother of Janet and Ray. Loved Mother in law of Peter and Sher. Grandmother of Jessica, Joshua, Eliza, Julie and Teresa. Great Grandmother of Lily, Mae, Neko, Rosie, Lola, Hugo and Jade. Special thanks to the staff of Te Aroha Community Hospital. A Celebration of Judith's life will be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at 11am. All communications to the Finn family c/- 10 Short Street, Matamata.

Heartfelt sympathy to Frank and family on Judy's passing. Working with Judy in the Te Aroha Red Cross branch was a real privilege and her mentoring and friendship was inspiring. I have such special memories of our many meetings in their home and of all the special times and events we worked together before we had to close the branch some years ago. Rest in peace Judy and thank you for all you and Frank did for the Te Aroha community over the years.
