Joyce RUSH Obituary

RUSH, Joyce Margaret (nee Kerse). Peacefully on Monday 12th September 2022, at Charles Fleming Retirement Village, Waikanae, aged 102 years. Daughter of Muriel and Arthur Kerse, sister to Walter, Maurice, Russell and Janice. Wife to the late Grenville Rush. Mother to Rosemary, Heather, Patricia, Catherine and Philip. Grand Mother and Great Grandmother to many. A Celebration of Joyce's life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Friday 16th September at 2:00pm. Joyce has requested that attendees bring flowers from their gardens to be placed on her coffin prior to the hearse departing. A Private cremation will follow the celebration. Thank youAunty Joyce for being such wonderful example to us younger generations of a wonderful woman full with the Love of life and sharing that Love with her Family friends and many others
I have a wonderful memory after having afternoon Tea with her at my sisters Nancy´s home jumping into her car and doing a ewe driving off at speed she was in her 90´s
Our thoughts and prayers are with Rosemary Patrícia Heather and Philip and their families
