Joy HUNTER Obituary
HUNTER, Joy Verna Mae (nee Weir). 28 April 1922 - 11 March 2017. Passed away on 11 March 2017, in her 95th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim, much loved mother of Allen, Marilyn, and the late Jackie, Tony and Sue, Alastair and Deborah. Treasured grandmother of Rhys and Todd, Nicholas, Melissa and Chanele, Logan, Bevan, Briar and their partners, and 12 great grandchildren. A service for Joy, will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Rd Tauranga, on Tuesday 21 March at 11am, followed by private cremation. Communication to the Hunter Family c/o P.O Box 3136 Tauranga 3142.

To a wonderful true lady, it was a privilege to be part of your life. Thank you for being the most wonderful grandmother and great grandmother to my children and grandchildren. I have lots of fun memories of time with you down the lake, shopping for antiques and treasures and walking on the beach collecting shells. Also fun memories of you and grandad. RIP Joy XX
