BANNISTER, Joy Yvonne. Joy passed away peacefully on 25 January 2014, surrounded by family. Dearly loved mother and mother-in- law of Mary and Clive and the late John. Nana to Amber, Jade and Renee. So many great memories, always in our hearts. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Lansdowne Private Hospital for their care of Joy over the past 8 years. A service will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Picton Street, Howick on Saturday 1 February at 2pm. Any enquiries please contact Mary on 021-160-4923. Joy was a gracious lady who is sorely missed at Lansdowne Hospital. We all loved and respected her. My memories go back to her time at Metlifecare Edgewater Drive also.
