LOOMANS, Josephus Hendricus (Joe or Sjef). Born July 24, 1921. Passed away on July 15, 2023. Dearly loved husband of Gerarda (deceased) and Millie (deceased). Special father and father-in-law of Annie and Ivan, Maria and Dion, Harriet and Kevin, Laura and Brian, Christena and Paul, Bernadette, Suzanne and Ivan, Gerarda and Trevor. Special Pop of his 19 grandchildren. Very special Poppa Joe of his 21 great grandchildren. A celebration of Joe's life will he held in St Mary's Catholic Church in Papakura, on Thursday 20 July at 11:00am.

So sorry to read about Jo's passing. I would have attended his funeral. Jo was a very caring gentleman and always welcoming to my family. My family were always welcome in Jo's home - we appreciate how kind he was to our Aunty Millie (now deceased). Jo always had happy stories to tell me when I visited - so happy memories I have of Jo Loomans. Heather Williamson
